Ricky Morgan left his last corporate job in 2019 and has been flipping houses and wholesaling virtually in New Jersey & Arizona ever since!specializes in Marketing, Sales, & Acquisitions.
Buying deals deep is what he does best through his years of his cold call training past. Ricky is the current host & Creator of "the Flip Lab Podcast" and helps educate people on becoming a closer!
Ricky resides in Gilbert Arizona with his girlfriend Dana. He is an avid Golfer, a huge sports fan, and enjoys spending time outdoors in his resort style backyard with family, friends, and their 3 dogs.
Savannah Properties
Savannah Properties formed in 2019, a Joint Partnership business between Steve Kipnis & Ricky Morgan.
What Started out as a wholesaling business slowly transitioned into a flipping business once we learned more about buying deals deep and how to get capital to fund all our deals.
In 2021, Savannah Properties will do over 1 Million is profit, off of around 20 flips. Focusing on quality and big spread deals compared to high volume low transaction deals.
Steve kipnis Bio
Steve Kipnis By age 23 bought, renovated, and refinanced his first rental property in Trenton, New Jersey. He spent his next few years accumulating rental properties while maintaining his corporate job.
By age 29, Steve and Ricky built Savannah Properties, a New Jersey based house-flipping company that nets $1mm annually. Today, Steve is a licensed Salesperson in 2 States and has participated in over 200 real estate transactions as a Flipper, Landlord, Realtor, Contractor, and Lender.
Steve lives in the Princeton, New Jersey area with his wife and 2 daughters. In his free time he enjoys relaxing with family and watching his daughters grow!
